1914 Edwardian Classical. This building was constructed, in stages, for Carmen Maglio. Although much of the ground floor facade has been lost due to extensive renovations the building still appears imposing. Note the rusticated stone emphasizing the flat lintels, arched doorway, windows and an east fire wall made entirely of rubble.
