This is a six-part series reclaiming the art of turning towards loss in service of healing. In community, we can transmute the powerful energies of sorrow into good grief.

We will gather for six weeks—this is a closed group, designed to support 

folks who are grieving in several ways:

• The art of holding space—for oneself and others in the group 
• Psycho-education regarding the nature and process of loss and grief so that people
  feel empowered to meet their own grief, and that of others.
• Opportunities for group members to share, to be heard and held.
• Rituals and practises to meet, allow, release, transmute grief
